Alright guys I have a question for you.

How nobodies following the blog. You can't say that people haven't seen it because I have over a thousand page views. So what gives?

And no I did not make this post because I ran out of things to blog about, well maybe a bit.

Any way please give me your reasons but no hate please.

Throne of Atlantis Movie and Justice League War review

ok guys the latest news from DC animation is the announcement of a Throne of Atlantis movie. And to be honest I am not very hopeful. Because the last DC animated movie wasn't very good. And that is way I put this Justice League War review part in the title.

The many problem with the movie was the attitude. The movie was just to bold. And most of that was with the characters. We will go into that in detail.

It was many three characters that ruined the movie for me. Superman, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman.

Superman: How do you do it? How do you take one of the greatest if not thee greatest Superhero of all time and ruin him? You turn him into a jerk. He was flying around zapping things with heat vision and crushing parademons skulls with a big ol grin on his face. He didn't seem to have any regard for the fact that these might be living things. And that my dear friends is not Superman.  

Green Lantern: I love Green Lantern he is one of my favourite characters. And I think that Geoff Johns has done a great job of writing him. But the movie did not do a good job of portraying him. It is true that GL is a bit cocky but that is not his whole character. He can also be calm and cool and awesome when he needs to be. I would say that he is 40% sincere and 60% arrogance. But when stuff was going down and people were dying left and right he would have manned up and stopped with all the jokes.

Wonder Woman: She was just dumb. All she did was declare that she was strong and powerful. She wasn't a character she was a raging ball of ego with legs.

And now they plan on putting Aquaman in these movies. And if they don't get this right this will tarnish Aquamans public appearance even more. So I am afraid.

So Throne of Atlantis Movie and Justice League War. What are your thoughts on both of them and do you even like Aquaman?

The new DC movie line up

Ok guys you probably haven't heard but here you go. In retaliation against there marvel oppressors DC has struck back by announcing their new movie line up.

May 2016: Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice
July 2016: Shazam
Christmas 2016: Sandman
May 2017: Justice League
July 2017: Wonder Woman
Christmas 2017: Green Lantern and Flash team-up movie
May 2018: Man Of Steel 2

The first thing that draws my attention is Sandman. Now I do read comics and I know who Sandman is. He his a mask crime fighter that uses gas guns to knock out his opponents, thus the name Sandman. And I do like him, he was one of the golden age heroes has a cool costume. But I just don't think that he has the back story or the fan base to pull off his own movie. 

The next eye catcher is SHAZAM!!!!! I love that guy. I think he is a great character that is flawed and strong at the same time. He can go toe to toe with Superman and has a good supporting cast. The only problem would be Billy Batson and a villain. Now if you don't now, in the comics Shazam is a kid who when he speaks a magic word (Shazam) is transformed into a tall power man. So I'm not sure how they would be able to translate that to the big screen and not make it seem like a little brat running around or a whinny kid that won't stand up for himself. Second problem would be a villain. For all my comic fans out there name five Shazam villains. 

1. Black Adam 
2. Doctor Shivana 
3. Some kind of worm guy (mister mind)  
4. The seven sins?
5. and a group of monsters 

Yah so really we only have three, and black Adam is by far the coolest. So unless they could make Shivana really techno and Obadiah Stane like we don't have much option. 

Next on my hit list is Wonder Woman. I can only say that I am super proud of DC for making this happen and I hope it's good. 

I am wondering what DC has planned for there Justice League movie. I hope that they make grand have a good villain for them to fight but I also hope that they don't jump the gun and have it be Darkseid, because then we have no one for sequels. I also wonder What the line up will be but I think it will be

1. Superman 
2. Batman 
3. Wonder Woman 
4. Green Lantern (John Stewart) 
5. Flash 
6. Shazam 
7. Cyborg 

But maybe there going to surprise us and bring Martian Manhunter and maybe just maybe Aquaman. 

I've already talked about Dawn of Justice so check that post out. But to recap, I'm shacky about the casting hope that Batman and Superman have a real throw down and Luthor needs to be evil. 

The only thing that confuses me is the fact that the list says Man of Steel 2 and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. But wasn't Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Man of Steel 2?    

Finally Flash Green Lantern team up movie. I am pumped for this. Flash and GL have some of  the best Bromance in comic history and it would be great to see the two on screen. They should make it like a body cop movie and they shouldn't try to make dark and gritty, they should make up beat and funny because that's how those to act when there around each other. The only other question would be which green lantern. John Stewart or Hal Jordan. Now as much as it would make me fanboy to see Nathan Fillion play GL I think it should be Stewart. Manly because this would be a great chance for DC to beat marvel to the punch when it comes to diversity. So far the Avengers are white washed and if John Stewart is on the silver screen then DC would be able to show case a strong black lead that was shoehorned in for diversity shack. (Yes I'm looking at you Falcon) But they need to act face because I hear that marvel plans on making a Black Panther movie and they have Idris Elba in there corner. 

So those are my thoughts on the plan. Please share your own thoughts and comments and what do you think DC should do about there movies. 

Also one more thing WHERE IS MY CHESSING AQUAMAN MOVIE

Charlie Cox is Daredevil

Ok guys if you haven't heard, marvel is making a Daredevil Nextflix series and we can only hope that it's good.

So who do they cast to play daredevil, the guardian of hells kitchen and Marvels answer to DCs batman.
Charlie Cox of course. Now To be honest I really do not know a lot about Charlie Cox. The only movie I have seen play a character in is Star Dust. But I did think he a good job of acting. But does he really have what it takes to be Daredevil. It's very hard to play daredevil because he's a really unique hero. He has to be dark and brooding but still has to behave in his own way that is different then Batman.

But lets talk about the series in general. I am really hoping that this series works for three reasons. One because Daredevil is one of my favourite characters and I would really like to see him have a great TV show. Two because Marvel needs to start making the push to TV if they want to stay ahead of DC. Now I have been debating on weather I like Arrow or Marvel's Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D more. So far Arrow has brought more comic characters in but Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D has had a better story. And the third reason is the fact that if this Daredevil series works then will might be able to see more shows like a Luke Cage and Iron Fist series.

So Charlie Cox is Daredevil. What do you think of the casting choice and what do you think of the series in general?

The End of School

That's right losers it is time. Soon we we will cast off the shackles of or education and enjoy the wonder of summer. No more shall we be forced to slave away at tests and projects. For now we shall taste the glorious freedom and endless sunlight of the forth season.

So what's your plan for summer? Personally I plan to play badminton and magic the gathering. But that's me.

I really sorry I don't have anything for today I know I'm due for a blog post but I just haven't found anything.

I promise I'll have a real post up tomorrow but please be patient.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 review

Ok guys Dreamworks animation is the number one rival to the mighty Disney Empire and they have pulled out all the stops to make this new How to Train your Dragon 2 movie a success. And I would have to say they did a pretty good job. It was a great movie to watch. In the first movie we got so see how the war between Dragons and Vikings came to an end. Now in this new movie we get to how the world reacts to this new ability to train dragons.

The first thing that I really liked was the character changes. It was cool to see how the designers altered the looks of each character so that they looked older but you could still see the faces of the characters that you came to love in the first movie and the TV show. I mean Hiccup pulled a full Neville Longbottom on us.

The story is also great. Dreamworks really stepped up there game with this one. It had more depth and interesting dialogue that I really enjoyed. Really I when Stoick finally got see that his wife was alive and he said "Your as beautiful as the day I lost you" I went "OH SHOOT did Stoick just hijack this movie" I was seriously got super invested in Stoicks story.

However no movie is perfect. But this one is very close. The only flaw in this film would be it's villain. I didn't feel that he was evil enough. It's easy to have a big strong guy with a deep voice and an evil plan but that doesn't always make it so. I feel that if they had given him more of a back story and had him personally cause show one harm then he would have been evil.
